What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the contents of your message
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools, so there is no cookie banner.
How we use it, and why
We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a service, or, where that does not apply, our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who receives it
When you send the form, the website sends your message to our inbox and a confirmation to the address you gave, using Cloudflare’s email and hosting services. Cloudflare acts for us in handling that data. Your message is then held in our email system.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email adam@protaxpartnership.co.uk.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
